Protecting Users and veKAI Stakers in the Kinetix DeFi Hub.

Voting ended 9 months agoSucceeded

The following governance proposal below outlines four primary measures that are designed to utilise the existing funds in the BBB wallet in order to drive maximum value to veKAI holders.

Kinetix’s ultimate objective is to ensure that all Kinetix users are protected and rewarded to the fullest extent possible for their contributions.

  1. Establishing an Active LP Position: Kinetix will deploy a small KAI-USDt full range LP position on the Kinetix V3 DEX. Preliminary estimations suggest 10k USD in total value, but actual figures will be determined at the time of deployment.

  2. Strengthening KAI Price Support: Small, continuous burns of KAI will be carried out on an ongoing basis in order to maintain substantial price support for KAI.

  3. Directing Funds Toward Bribes: Kinetix will focus on directing as much available capital to veKAI holders as possible. Preliminary estimates suggest increasing bribes up to 4k USD per week. As with the LP position in (1), weekly bribe increases will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Perpetuals Fees Modifications: In order distribute a greater percentage of fees to bribes and provide greater benefit to veKAI holders, perpetuals fee distributions will be adjusted to fit the following breakdown:

70%: Bribes 15%: Foundation 5%: Devs 10%: Buyback and Burn of KAI
