Establish KPDAO as a Legal Entity

This proposal is a vote to proceed with establishing the Kingpin DAO as a Legal Entity.

The estimated cost for this is between 6Eth - 12Eth. This includes retaining a lawyer, documentation and submitted application for incorporation.

Our assumptions is this will be covered by the 100k grant from GCG Team, but there is no guarantee that will be paid.

The benefits of establishing a Legal Entity:

1. Protection from Personal Liability
2. Protection from Project Liability between DAO initiatives
3. Ease of Distributions in the Future

If this vote passes, A subsequent vote will be had to nominate 5 board members for the legal entity that will be Doxed. There are 11 applications for the position.
