Gutter Cat Gang Official DAO

Should the Kingpin DAO pursue the opportunity to standup the Gutter Cat DAO on behalf of the GCG Dev team?

Based on conversations with external counsel, this would require establishing a legal entity with some form of DOXXing by all members. This could include a blind trust with a privileged attorney / CPA. The legal setup of the DAO itself would also need to be established by Kingpin DAO. Board Members of both entities would be public.

The Gutter Cat Gang team has expressed that they are not able to stand up the DAO themselves. The Kingpin DAO is currently the most viable option, in the perspective of the Gutter Cat Team, to establish the official DAO.

There is no official indication from the Gutter Cat Gang team if taking on the official DAO formation is a requirement for the 100k Grant announced by Gutter Cat Gang.

An Absolute Majority will be required for a decision to be confirmed.
