Following the low initial mints amount, we have decided to present an achievable and viable plan which will allow us to start operating soon.

As we always mentioned, we plan on acquiring a club that can use the city facilities for free. We are negotiating with an Israeli-based club of the 4th division, currently ranked 4th in its division. The name of the club is Hapoel Hod HaSharon F.C. The club is located in Hod Hasharon, which is one of the wealthiest cities in Israel with a population of 65,000 citizens, located in a great location very close to Tel Aviv which is the biggest city in Israel. The club has 2 training centers, each of them contains a football field and dressing rooms.

We can acquire full ownership for $310k, while the monthly budget required is $20k. The local municipality-supported budget is $200k meaning we can become breakeven before raising funds from charity and sponsorships. In addition, the local municipality is open to a partnership in which we will conduct several courses about cryptocurrencies and DAOs while giving the participants a small airdrop of Kings. In return, the local municipality-supported budget will be increased (We will vote about that of course). We see this as a great opportunity for maintaining a strong relationship with the local community.

The fact that we will be the world's first-ever decentralized soccer club managed by DAO, will drive enormous positive media coverage, which can be leveraged to partnerships with several sponsors, selling merchandise, and launching a subscription streaming platform. With the right direction and managing of Simeon and Kevin, the club can reach the 2nd tier league in a short time.

Based on that, 1,000 mints are the minimum number that will allow the project to continue and buy the club. Therefore, we propose to reduce the number of mints available to 1,000.

Regarding our current holders which minted at least one King, we haven’t forgotten about you. Each of our early supporters will be prioritized with an airdrop of 1 King after we will achieve the goal of 1,000 mints, which means extra voting power in the club. Despite this flood of emotions over the past few days, we will make sure that our early supporters will not be disappointed in the outcome of this project.
