Grant 1% of Token Supply to Drake via Superfluid Vesting

This is an updated proposal to send Drake 1% of total token supply 1339787.13. Drake brings considerable crypto marketing influence to the Kitty Party ecosystem and as such this proposal grants him 1% of the total supply of Kitty Party Reward Tokens.

This transaction would be created manually by the safe signers based on the decision of the DAO. Additionally, as and when the community deems that it is necessary by another proposal, the flow can be stopped earlier.
