Motivation

These updates mostly just adjust for changes in crypto prices and (for the mainnet parameters) gas costs since the last update. A few of the estimates that go into the calculator were adjusted slightly, notably:

• The effort estimate for the Gnosis General Court has been lowered to reflect simpler tasks compared to the previous estimate. Feedback is welcome if this adjustment seems inappropriate.

• The estimate for the rate at which "lazy strategies" produce votes that are coherent and hence rewarded for the Gnosis Chain Curation Court was increased slightly due to data shower an increased rejection rate of submissions from curated lists. This has the impact that the proposed minimum stake for this court has correspondingly increased.
