Developer funds use community approval

While we develop and work without salaries, we would like to get the community approval on the developer funds use when it comes to external costs. As of now, there is 20 WETH and 166,802 DAI and 0.831 KBTC in the pool: https://etherscan.io/address/0x3BE908C22D21ab32C5A04CFCa3a9A70d4FEfc098

The most essential pieces are:

• Deployment & Oracle – 20 ETH. These are essentially devops costs that come from the usage of rebasing mechanism and new contract deployments. Until now we spent around 18.7 ETH.
• Marketing (PR, Influencers, community marketing) – 25 000 DAI. This budget is simply to have available in case we would need some urgent costs, but so far we have utilized our own connections and kept the spending at zero, all organic.
• Contracts audit & bug bounty reserve (Immunefy) – 50 000 DAI. The extra audits could come in handy once the basic features are there (we connected anonimous auditors who will prepare the reports), but for now we already had great discussions with developers from Immunefy community, so we would like to be able to utilize this budget.
