[SWAP]-[1672 $APE] : Convert our $APE to $ETH to prepare funds for BAKC acquisition

Swap 1672 $APE for $ETH to acquire first DAO BAKC

Let's talk reserves: -Currently our Multi sig has 1672 $APE coin aside from the amount set aside by Anthro and Rocky Pool.

-We have .4 ETH in the smart contract and .2 ETH in the multi sig In total we have 1672 $APE and .6 ETH available

If we set our target swap prices of 3.80 $APE and 1175 $ETH, we'll be able to position ourselves with roughly 6 $ETH towards BAKC acquisition.

Current BAKC Floor price is 6.6 $ETH

Kennel unlocks two things for us

1. Benddao staking for $APE
2. Ability to ride the kennel wave for Mecca and enhance DAO ETH value.

This will allow us to generate more for DAO than previous option of leasing out $APE for MAYC max staking.

This proposal is to convert the $APE we have into $ETH in the next day or so. Converting 1672 $APE (1 APE/ $ 3.80 ) to $ETH(1 $ETH/ $1175) would yield us roughly 5.4 $ETH.
