Sell and convert assets for the ultimate goal of buying a MAYC

As discussed in our emergency meeting, I am proposing several things, with the ultimate goal of buying a mutant ape as a result of this proposal. My proposal is as follows:

Step 1: Unstake our BAKC from BendDAO and list it for sale
Step 2: unstake our 2042 $Apecoin that is currently paired with someones MAYC on BendDAO
step 3: convert the 2042 ape mentioned above to eth
step 4: convert all the contract $Ape to eth -step 5: buy a mayc with these funds
