Operational: Convert ETH to APE

At the time of this proposal creation -

The Koda Capital smart contract currently holds ETH: 1.4
APE: 1980

The DAO Multi-sig holds: ETH: .24 APE: 440

In order for us to max stake both the MAYC + BAKC pools we need 2898 $APE.

I propose we take the 1.4 ETH and convert it to $APE which would be roughly 610 $APE coin (price of 2.90 USD per APE coin).

Doing this secures our $APE coin for max staking in both pools. With the current price of $APE coin, we may end up getting a better swap then if we wait.
