Use fees in a different way.

Hi, I currently believe that the method of using commissions is inefficient. I think that at the moment in which we find (Kogecoin has been around for less than a year), using the resources we collect to burn the tokens is not optimal. I wanted to propose to accumulate commissions for a relative period of time (ex: 30 days or more) and then use those commissions to carry out marketing with a larger budget.

This according to my opinion would lead to obtaining more TVL in the future so we will gain more fees in the future to burn token, dividend, marketing ect.

Since I think koge is a great long-term project I think it's important to make these decisions at the moment to grow solidly and consistently.
