Give the choice to every single farmer (with a GUI mechanism similar to the button stake/unstake) to donate between 0.001%-0.1% of the yield/farm rewards to charity. Those funds will go to a wallet owned by the team and the community should choose the amounts to donate and to which charities the donation should go. Of course this should be a CHOICE, not a mandatory characteristic of the farms.
