Create a 2-way Zapper for KOGE

Zapping is starting to be a popular ease of use utility function in DeFi.

I propose a "zapper" function is implemented for all vaults where deposits can be made "ZAPPING" KOGE to any LP / Single Vault available on KOGE as well as allowing withdrawals from any vault to be ZAPPED into KOGE. Providing TWO way functionality.

I think this feature will become more popular as more projects partner with KOGE and KOGE holders use the partner KOGE-[other token] LPs and then want to extract gains back into Single KOGE or for KOGE-MATIC.

I think this would also allow people who are farming KOGE-MATIC in to be able to harvest / compound their KOGE gains back into KOGE-MATIC with a single click.

Perhaps a modest fee could be charged which could be suggested in another proposal. This could also be coupled / implemented with the proposal (that looks like it will pass) to allow SWAP + BRIDGE functionality. So when the swap functionality is implemented, this proposal could be planned for (if it passes.)

I also suspect some of this underlying functionality already exists as part of the auto-compounding functionality of the vaults.

CONS: Maybe creates some sell pressure for KOGE on people zapping KOGE into other LPs (but they had to buy / farm KOGE at some point in the past... so it's not 100% loss)

PROS:
More utility for KOGE -- jump in and out of LPs / vaults and stake in the stable / safe KOGE vault when taking a break from farming.
