Add Million Token - USDC Pair

This is a request to add Million-USDC pair from Quickswap.

Million Token is a medium-sized community with about 10M market cap and that has been incentivizing the move of their liquidity from ETH to Other blockchains (specially Polygon). In this case, I think we can get mutual benefits here. From the Kogecoin side, we will get exposure to potential new users of Kogefarm in a different community (Increasing TVL), as the main dev is a famous YouTuber that has promoted DeFi and LP tokens to his audience, and Million Community will get exposed to the best autocompounder on the market.

It´s important to mention that Million is a multi-chain token that is available in different blockchains, if this is successful, we might get exposure from them on the Harmony Blockchain.
