Introduction

DAO LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) proposes the appointment of Kurchenko Oleh, Fedosov Andrii, and PT Binaryx Indonesia as Authorized Representatives to act independently of each other on behalf of the Company. This proposal outlines the scope of authority, responsibilities, and the rationale behind the appointments.

Purpose

The purpose of this proposal is to officially designate Kurchenko Oleh, Fedosov Andrii, and PT Binaryx Indonesia as Authorized Representatives who will have the authority to independently represent and make decisions for DAO LLC in various capacities as detailed below.

Scope of Authority

Each Authorized Representative, namely Kurchenko Oleh, Fedosov Andrii, and PT Binaryx Indonesia, shall independently be granted the following authorities on behalf of DAO LLC:

1.	Civil Law Deals:
•	Negotiate and conclude any civil law deals on terms at their discretion, including but not limited to sales, leases, mortgages, and rentals.
2.	Financial Transactions:
•	Make payments on behalf of the Company.
•	Handle financial certificates and documents.
3.	Applications and Registrations:
•	Register and submit all kinds of applications.
•	Pay necessary fees associated with Company activities.
4.	Representation:
•	Represent and act for the Company in public authorities, enterprises, courts, arbitration, and other governmental and non-governmental bodies.
5.	Contracts and Agreements:
•	Sign contracts and agreements that are in the interest of the Company.
6.	Permits and Legal Entities:
•	Obtain tax numbers and any necessary permits.
•	Create legal entities, branches, and representative offices.
•	Sign necessary documents on behalf of these entities.
7.	Real Estate Management:
•	Conduct any legal actions related to the management of the Company’s real estate.
