This action would remove the norm ‘Move Away from Fixed $KRAUSE Payouts’.

Rationale

• The introduction of this norm has led to confusion among recent proposal proponents seeking fair and consistent compensation and recognition for their contributions.
• Given the resulting confusion it would be beneficial to remove this norm in favour of greater consideration of its implications and subsequent development of processes and supports as appropriate.
