marco has already created an advanced ML model for determining player and team skill levels, and demonstrating this model in ownership applications such as ideal trades and highest valued free agents. See the model here.
Building a library of Krause House-sponsored published research and analytics tools will help KH gain a reputation as a capable operator of basketball teams. Furthermore, the timing with the potential Big3 acquisition will give marco a chance to try these tools in a very real context.
A stream request is designed to give contributors freedom and encouragement to work across multiple domains across the DAO; however, here are the current main focuses / intentions:
I trained a machine learning model using data from over 10000 games to predict which set of players will win a game based on the statistics of these individual players. This allows generating custom teams and matching them up against each other to see who would win. Now the goal is to further explore and improve on this idea while building useful applications and tools that allow users to interact with these models as effortlessly as possible.

Potential Use Cases:
This contributor may submit a request for up to the specified amount based on self-assessment of their work.
This is intended to encourage contributors to take immediate action on a wide range of problems/opportunities, as opposed to proceeding through the slower process of submitting a proposal for a narrow scope of work.
We prefer to invest in and groom talent, giving them the freedom and capital they need to be entrepreneurs within our community. We value self-starters who are able to take action and deliver quality work.
Both the community and the Stewardship team has the power to cancel this stream if it is being abused. In addition, if a contributor abuses this trust, they are effectively burning their social credibility and ability to successfully submit proposals in the future. We expect some lossiness; however, we believe the benefits of getting good work off the ground is worth this small cost.
