Scope of Work

Develop a community accessible financial forecast of treasury against committed proposals.

1. Accounts Payable (Time Estimate in 1-2 months / 40+ hours)
   1. Create GoogleSheet for detailed cashflow-forecast
      1. MasterSheet for Proposals
      2. Filled via Googe Forms by Steward when submitting proposal
         1. Maybe also Google Form for payout requests?
      3. Import all passed Proposals (big time consumer)
   2. Create Gsheet ”TagMaster”
   3. Create Dashboard “Cashflow Forecast” (currently “2020”)
   4. Create Dashboard “Treasury / Asset Overview” (currently “Projections”)
   5. Create Documentation
