GOAL OF PROJECT:

Continue the strong progress made from Season 2 into Season 3 Onboarding. Improve the team’s top of funnel exposure (marketing), improve Guest Pass management, and follow up with projects post Snapshot approval with onboarding onto our various tools.

WHY THIS MATTERS:

The onboarding team has done a great job with the new joiners we get to the server. Now we’d like to help increase the number of new joiners to the server while improving the way we set up projects and guest contributors for success.

HOW THIS WILL BE DONE:

Community Agent duties previously included:

1. Moderate #introduce-yourself and #public-chat discord channels. (7hrs/week)
2. Engage in 1-on-1 calls with people (5hrs/week of availability)
3. Host a weekly Draft Class call for new joiners & existing members (1-2/hrs week)
4. Train new agents

Now we are adding new duties as follows:

1. CRM Management of Guest Passes (guest discord access) (+30 mins/week)
2. Reaching out to everyone that comes into our intake form (+2hrs/week)
3. Add a weekly Draft Class for European time zone (+1hr/week)
4. Helping address support tickets on Discord (+30 mins/week)

CRM Management and Guest Passes

Track temporary guest passes given out to people. Follow up when required. Do not let stagnant guest passes dilute actual contributors’ or NFTs.

We currently have some Guests absolutely slaying it, but a lot don’t. Which is fine, but they cannot retain the same benefits as everyone else for no help building the DAO.

Airtable Form Outreach

Reaching out to everyone who submits into our onboarding form. Sending them a courteous message and seeing if there’s any way for them to contribute.

Support Tickets

We have a support ticket system in the KH Discord and Agents will help with member questions

WHAT THE TEAM HAS ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED (in the last month):

Onboarding team in the last two months:

• Has had dozens of 1-on-1 calls turn into new contributors, including those who received Guest Passes.
  • Notable new joiners:

• Hosted Draft Classes each week (8 total) with an average of 10 brand new jerry contributors and 15 total participants.
• Our #introduce-yourself channel responds to every new person that joins and often within an hour.
