GOAL OF PROJECT:
In Season 3 - we look to build upon the work we have done in Season 2, and lead the deployment of our new brand assets throughout our touchpoints and teams, and especially make sure we have an impressively-branded NFT NYC coming out party.

SEASON THREE GOALS
We have a few tactical, yet concrete goals for season three:
Goal 1: Brand Asset Deployment

We will put together a communication plan to inform team leads where and how to use our new assets. We will ensure all new brand assets are stored in a common location that all KH members can access.ย Additionally, provide usage document (brand styleguide) enabling internal and external designers to work with our assets properly.ย Basic assets will be stored in an easy to find and navigate location (notion / google drive).ย We will also utilize Figma to host assets for those that are more design-oriented and know how to use that platform.
We will work with the various teams to update any and all touchpoints (website, social, podcasts, etc) to ensure a consistency across our brand assets. ย We would pay bounties for larger projects (web for example) but otherwise expect this to be quite seamless.
Goal 2: Build an internal design team / bounty system

Knowing that constantly using external agencies can be expensive, we need to now consider how to in-house some design work.ย A $5K USDC budget is being asked here to pay designers for their work.ย We will utilize the existing dework bounty tool, create a Design section within it and manage requests. Ideally we can figure out a core group of design contributors and deliver a system that is more sustainable when new assets are needed.
Goal 3: Brand Launch @ NFT NYC
Lead: dluxe / bigbully / AK
Work closely with merch + event teams to put forth a strong brand visual presence at NFT NYC in June.ย This would include support on all brand work, delivering new assets and helping to make sure the overall presence is โon brandโ.ย Currently, bigbully, dluxe & AK are planning on attending in person to also support any needs that may come during the event.
Goal 4: Trademarks and IP
Lead: bigbully support: AK
Begin to understand the process for trademarking and legally protecting our brand assets and IP from a DAO perspective.ย This might be quite easy or difficult, this season is just to investigate it and prepare a plan to move forward.ย Would need support from internal legal support or externals.
FUNDING DETAILS:
We would like to propose that these tasks and oversight be included in the Season 3 Branding project with compensation of 4000 $KRAUSE and $4000 USDC per month. This allocation of $KRAUSE and USDC would be distributed from the multisig to contributors based on their monthly completion of tasks and their completion of deliverables using the tools created after the completion of the project. Additionally, we are requesting $5000 USDC for asset development in a bounty-type system.
