• Approve the use of Krause House branding for Hoops Sagrado youth basketball tournament in Guatemala mid August 2022
• Approved via Snapshot?
• Zero cost to Krause House but will provide content showing Krause House’s commitment to basketball on a global level as well as cultural exchange

Contexts

Founder of Hoops Sagrado and KH member/Hoops helper Josh Phelps requesting use of Krause House logo for the childrens’ jerseys and/or signage at tournaments and camps which will allow for cross promotional content from the youth tournament at zero cost to KH. Jerseys are already being funded by a Guatemalan non-profit but do need to be printed ASAP so would like to have answer by Monday, 18 July 2022.

Hoops Sagrado is a cultural exchange program which sends DC teens to Guatemala to study Spanish and culture in the mornings and teach basketball camps in indigenous villages in the afternoons. The students also participate in nightly games in various towns against club teams, weekend tournaments, and coach their campers in a final weekend tournament between the campers from the villages.

Scope of Work

• provide answer to non-profit handling printing in Guatemala

Krause House

• Approve the use of Krause House branding
• Provide best logo to submit to printing for jerseys or signage
• Marketing and promotional collaboration during tournament (Josh Phelps & Bryan Weaver will procure unless someone else from KH would like to also join trip)
• Provide Josh Phelps sticker packs if available for kids?
