SpringHill sits at the intersection of media and sports. Because of their close proximity to the best talent in the NBA, the could be a very powerful partner for the future of Krause House. They have the funding and firepower to help us create compelling content and elevate the Krause House brand to a household name.
Partnership Process Documentation
Using SpringHill as an example, Krause House team will benefit from a detailed guide to build and cultivate relationships with Tier 1 partners. This documentation can be used across teams and workstreams.

Context:
Over the last 2 weeks, Alex and Flex have initiated conversations with the SpringHill’s Chief Strategy Officer.
In our introductory call, the SpringHill team expressed interest in supporting Krause House’s mission and exploring partnership opportunities in the near future.
Our next step is to prepare partnership ideas to share with the SpringHill team in the coming weeks.
Goal:
This proposal aims to kickstart a workstream that would allow Alex Brands to devote ~20 hours to cultivate a relationship with SpringHill, concept and present paths to partnership, and document the entire pitch process so that other KH teams can replicate the steps in the future.
Plan of Action:
Over the next 4 weeks, Alex will coordinate to set a pitch meeting with SpringHIll in which we present ~5 concepts for partnership.
In the lead up to meeting, he will collaborate closely with Flex Chapman to ensure all concepts are on-brand and feasible for the KH community.
In the week following the pitch, he will manage next steps and document the process for broader usage across the DAO.
