Curating content to capture attention and lure in a wider audience of basketball fans. Focus on content collaborations with adjacent basketball related groups and projects.
Assist in BD Relations
Keeping conversations active between partners formed since NFT NYC to continuously explore further collaboration in the coming year. Through our marketing channels, active project needs and network continue to form new relations that align with Krause House’s mission
Upkeep of Social Presence
Daily activity across socials keep Krause House presence consistent. Managing a content calendar from projects and teams across the DAO. Socials include IG, Twitter, TikTok, Website
International expansion efforts
Growing international audience
Strategizing how to engage audiences on our socials and through our partners with the goal of gaining more international members and opportunities such as court refurbishments.
Court Refurb
Working with AIFS to create a court refurbishment platform, however focusing only on sourcing projects, high-level project execution, storytelling (content)
IRL experiences & fan engagement
Raising sponsorships funds
Making sponsorship funding a top priority for any IRL engagement which will include leveraging BD relations and project reach + scope to create a tailored deck to pitch so Krause House treasury shall not be impacted.
Curating experiences
Scoping future events that align with KH goals and ability. Coming up with ideas unique to the goals of each experience. Putting all the pieces together that could include partner collaborations, production planning, marketing strategy, content capturing
Protections:
From talking and getting co-approval from stewards such as Mario, Flex, and Shanny our marketing efforts looks to be spread the most thin within Krause House. Our social presence being top of the funnel for all our projects and opportunities it could use a singular member focus. It’s also the perfect pillar to focus so it can support adjacent goals of IRL fan engagement and our international expansion efforts. All of which is a core value add that’s actively being pitched to ownership groups. My goal is to start with implementing a more consistent marketing strategy so we can grow our online presence and cultural reputation in the basketball world.
