Proposal

5000 USDC to Guaynabo Mets via Derrick Taylor (address to be provided by Flex).

Context

The Guaynabo Mets are a Puerto Rican basketball team, partnering with Derrick Thomas (founder at Tech Runs) and Trevor McFedries (Brud, Head of DAO infrastructure at Dapper Labs). The Mets are a forward thinking organization partnering with the above mentioned pair (https://metsbasketball.com/news/guaynabo-mets-sign-two-players-announce-new-crypto-partnership/).

Derrick presented us the opportunity to sponsor an event for the team. This is both a sponsorship opportunity, but largely an opportunity to establish roots via partnerships. We hope to use this opportunity to send 3-5 Krause House delegates to hang out.

Krause House Delegates

They have 3-5 slots open for current Krause House members to join in the event (especially those who like to play basketball). Members going are founders of FWB, QuickNode (web3 aws), Bitski, NBPA Advisors, as well as former pro athletes and creators now working at Coinbase, DAOLabs, and VCs.
