Compensation Context
The Stewards have signaled we reduce spending to protect the runway of KH Treasury holdings of USDC+ETH. This funding request preserves our runway while signaling alignment with the goals of the DAO.

If GladRobot joins another contributor stream he’ll reduce or close this contributor stream to avoid increasing his net compensation.

ELI5 - Explain like I’m 5

We all want to own a team but what does that exactly mean to Jerry’s, Fans, Investors and Teams? This proposal intends to deliver how Krause House will define the value exchange value between all parties. Having a crystal clear product offering is paramount in being able to raise capital, acquire team stakes and activate a global fanbase.

Scope of Work

GladRobot will work full time (40+ hrs/wk) to craft and deliver the means by which Krause House will deliver fan ownership to pro sports teams. He will work closely with the core team, stewards and the International League Exploration team to:

• Define what Fan Ownership means at Krause House
• Delivering theory, execution steps and presentation materials on the value offer of fan ownership from Krause House to partners (Investors, Team Owners and Leagues)
• Assisting early stage discussions with Krause House members around acquisitions
• Due diligence on potential acquisitions - Assuring we have sufficient information to make prudent decisions.
• Assisting the Capital team led by Lewwwk on capital raises and investments

Oversight

• All work will be recorded in a public Google Doc
• Initial drafts will be shared through Krause House Discord
• Core team and Stewards engaged with acquisitions can monitor progress through weekly updates to ensure quality work is being delivered in line with this proposal and Krause House’s needs.

Goals

• Define what fan ownership means at KH. This is a topic that is currently foggy at best and needs a crystal clear delivery.
• Define our value add offer as part of minority position.
• Each novel concept becomes its own topic for Jerry’s shape into a final form.

What Does Success Look Like

• Novel concepts like Fan Polling are created and shared with the DAO for iterative improvements
• Constructing complete plans for Fan Ownership
• Revising approaches based on feedback from the DAO and partners
• Raising capital based on the executional theory that complements the financial and business plan
• Attaining a Letter of Intent from an NBA franchise and/or top tier international league franchise

(!) Given the timing of achieving all of the above may be dependent upon 3rd parties, at a minimum we should be positioned with a clear strategy that the DAO and partners express conviction in.

Involvement with Krause House

An early contributor always focused on ‘how’ we WAGBAT starting with Establishing Belief from June 2021. GladRobot has looked at multiple paths to ownership; ‘Buying the New Orleans Pelicans through charitable acts’, revenue generating protocols and membership clubs. Currently, Glad serves as a Krause House Steward who broadly helps Jerry’s to crystalize their contributions.
