1) Media & Original Content
Bayesian released six brand new episodes of Around The Association, including two in-person video episodes!
Here’s what some fellow Jerry’s had to say about his work…
Bayesian also formed an exciting new partnership with the Watch Gameday crew (shoutout to Greg and Crabtree for their incredible work), where he…
2) Data Analytics & Basketball Strategy
With the assistance of Greg and the KH Engineering Team, Bayesian researched and published our first ever Krause House NBA analytics project that has already been used in pitches with prospective NBA teams!
Specifically, they collected the data by tapping into a public-facing version of the official NBA Stats API. Greg used a Python script to parse through the official play-by-play and generate a database of all 30 teams that could be used in SQL, while Bayesian used a variety of custom crafted queries in PostGreSQL to create a comprehensive analytics dashboard related to NBA league-wide and team specific second chance scoring opportunities.
Bayesian then provided final analysis and product vision, while Greg handled the website programming and design. The result is an NBA Front Office-caliber analytics dashboard equipped with unique statistical insights and interactive data visualizations that can be presented to prospective NBA teams:

3) Vibes & Relationships
Bayesian has also been leading the charge to get Krause House’s Stacy Davis selected to the NBA G League All-Star Game next month in Salt Lake City. This effort involves rallying the community on social media, as well as, pursuing some other very promising alternatives to generate votes for Stacy.
Stacy was a fan favorite player for the Ball Hogs last summer and has participated in various podcasts and live streams for the Krause House community. This is a huge opportunity for Krause House to show the NBA and G-League the power of our community and the positive influence that DAO’s can have on fan-player relations!

What has Bayesian Baller shipped to date?
1) Media & Original Content
Since January 2022, Bayesian has been the Host & Executive Producer of Around The Association, the official basketball podcast of Krause House DAO & the first podcast launched by a non-steward under the community's burgeoning media network.
From day one his intent in launching Around The Association has been to drive community engagement, demonstrate Krause House's basketball acumen, as well as, to break down the barrier to entry into Web3 and get everyday hoops fans interested in DAOs.
In the show's first year of existence, Bayesian released 25 episodes and played host to an impressive list of guests - including current and former NBA players, coaches, front office members, and national media. All of whom Bayesian educated on the mission of Krause House.
Here are a few of Around The Association’s most accomplished guests from Year 1…
2) Data Analytics & Basketball Strategy
In Summer 2022, Krause House DAO purchased the Ball Hogs in Ice Cube's BIG3 League becoming the first decentralized autonomous organization to own and operate a professional basketball team.
During our inaugural season owning the Ball Hogs, Bayesian led all data analytics and basketball strategy initiatives for the team. He collaborated directly with Head Coach Rick Barry and the players using advanced stats and video analysis techniques to craft custom scouting reports that the team used during games and practices.
Some of these data-driven scouting reports - which featured unique research around shot quality, lineup analysis, and in-game strategy - were also publicly promoted by the BIG3 on Twitter to their more than 140k followers while others were circulated within the Krause House community as exclusive content for token-holders.
In addition to spearheading the Ball Hogs' analytics initiatives, Bayesian also worked closely alongside the Krause House executive and engineering teams on custom projects for prospective NBA ownership groups showcasing the DAO's basketball expertise and how the community would contribute to the teams' analytics departments.
Here are some of the scouting reports and analytics projects Bayesian created for the Ball Hogs…
