TOTAL FUNDING REQUEST = $19,498 USDC + 9,749K $KRAUSE

SUMMARY We will build off the successes and learnings in Season 2 and leverage media as an expansive marketing engine to establish Krause House as a credible minority owner of an NBA/WNBA team. This holistic strategy outlines communications, content, social, AR/PR, engagement, brand and eventually product marketing (based on the portfolio).

PROJECT GOAL This season will focus on engaging the following audiences: NBA Fans - Establish KH as a premier destination for a great NBA fan experience Target NBA Team Fans (e.g. Pelicans) - Prove that we can activate our targets fans Contributors - Inspire skilled crypto/NBA enthusiasts to join KH and contribute expertise

The ultimate goals are to:

  1. Build evidence that KH can drive traffic and activate large NBA fan bases
  2. Build brand equity within the NBA ecosystem (fans, sponsors, partners, teams)

WHY THIS MATTERS We need to promote KH and establish favorable market perception, build media traction and drive large fan bases. This will help influence owners and brands that KH is a viable organization to buy and manage portions of an NBA/WNBA team.

HOW THIS WILL BE DONE A team of 6-10 people will execute activities across social media engagement, content creation and communication both internally and externally. This will be managed across a number of tools which includes Asana, Sprout Social, VidIQ and others.
