KuPay Snapshot Test Launch!

In honor of the recent launch of our wonderful snapshot I decided to create this proposal so our users can test our multichain NFT voting system! The NFT's have been weighted in the Following format for this test run.

BabyOrks = 2 Votes KuOrks = 60 Votes BiOrks = 100 Votes

I chose these weights for now based upon market price/ sales and the initial mint costs of the collections! As far as we know, KuPay is one of the first products, if not the first itself, to establish a multichain NFT voting system on Snapshot! We look forward to delivering you more promising initiatives going forward and can't wait until we can add in our token for voting in here as well! Have fun testing out the new Snapshot system and make sure you let us know what you think in our group chat!
