Here’s my 2cents

-launch as planned on KCC asap (as planned and promised) -launch on Shibarium asap (sure there will be some necessary coding shifts) -prepare other domains to launch on other chains (ie orkswap.kcc OrkSwap.shib OrkSwap.doge OrkSwap.bsc) -forget full bridge idea make KPY a bridge token (basically your KPY can go to whatever chain you want with minimal fees) -allow KPY tips/donations to be accepted off chain until user decides which chain they would like it on. (Basically have kpy in kpy mini chain until user sends to other chain making kpy holding and bridge asset) -with ORK launch give it the same superpowers

I have not seen any other coins doing this- I think this would help revive Kupay as the downtime we’ve seen has allowed for copycats and competitors to gain steam!
