Summary

This proposal introduces LAB Buyback Program, a recurring mechanism, that channels a portion of LAB ecosystem revenue into open-market purchases of $LAB.

The proposal also covers the launch of Buyback Portal, a public dashboard designed to give the community full transparency over buybacks: execution timing, onchain proofs, and cumulative $LAB acquired.

Motivation

As LAB expands across execution, perps, and its infrastructure – ecosystem revenue increases. Directing part of this revenue into consistent $LAB buybacks strengthens the token’s value capture and helps align incentives across the entire ecosystem.

Transparent buyback loop creates:
