[Burn Tokens] LETS BURN 5000 LAND FOREVER!!!

Since the treasury fund has accumulated a decent amount of tokens and we as the community have been short on ideas to spend this money. I propose that we burn 5000 Land tokens, these tokens will be sent to the null burn address permanently removing these tokens from circulation and reducing the max supply cap.

The current max supply cap is 9,981,683. Burning 5000 tokens will reduce the max supply cap to 9,976,683. Thus making our tokens rarer!
