Adding Sub-Channels on Telegram Group

I propose having the team re-format our MAIN telegram channel so that it can include 'channel tabs' similar to what Stobox's telegram group looks like (i've added a picture to show you what I mean - they have multiple channel tabs under one roof). 

This would consolidate all our current channels (the main one, and the announcement channel) in one place. Furthermore, I would add new channels under different tabs to include: shilling channel and a price chat channel (as per the community request). Other channels can be added as they become requested.
