Increase LAND Requirement for BUSD Vault

The Landshare BUSD Vault is providing a comparatively high APR on the BUSD stablecoin. This comes with a requirement of holding 1 LAND token per 8 BUSD deposited or withdrawn from the vault. This proposal offers to increase the LAND requirement, hence stimulating the demand for LAND and increasing its utility. This proposal seeks to change the LAND holding requirement from 1 LAND for every 8 BUSD to 1 LAND for every 5 BUSD.

If this proposal is successful, a 2 week grace period will be honored to allow existing stakers to move funds under the current rates.
