[Custom Proposal] Transfer 5,000 LAND to marketing fund & burn 5,000 LAND

This proposal seeks to transfer 5,000 LAND from the DAO Treasury to the marketing wallet to be used for the Landshare Ambassador Program (LAP), Zealy sprints, and other and other community incentive programs. These programs serve to increase engagement across multiple social media platforms and produce organic word-of-mouth marketing opportunities.

In addition, this proposal would burn 5,000 LAND from the treasury. Each burned token is removed from circulation permanently - reducing the total supply cap of LAND Tokens.

If passed, a total of 10,000 LAND Tokens would be sent from the DAO Treasury - 5,000 to the null address and 5,000 to the Landshare DAO marketing wallet.
