Extend DAO Treasury by LSRWA

Extend the DAO treasury (Marketing, Treasury) with a third "LSRWA treasury pool"

The purchase of LSRWA token could be done by continue automatically (portions of LAND fees) or done via DAO votings at defined times.

This would have several advantages:

• It would give the LAND Token also a real world value
• It would boost the sell off of LSRWA tokens
• It would creates cash for DAO
• It would gives LAND token a d real world backing
• additional "real" DAO votings
