Landshare promotion and investor safety

First and foremost, this project needs a lot of promotion. Being a gem, this lacks behind due to scanty promotion. Even the twitter handle isn't reaching many potential investors.

Secondly, only active place where we can share thoughts with other investors is the telegram channel, which is unsafe and the admin/mod accounts are easy to duplicate. Please initiate a discord channel and a reddit community as it is much safer and got a lot of features which could decrease the amount of scams and attract a wider audience.
