[Custom Proposal] Allocate 150 Land tokens to LSRWA/USDT pool

Now that the pancakeswap liquidity is very healthy with roughly $2million (LAND &BNB) and $LAND is listed on more exchanges with many more to come futher adding to liqudity. It's time to start allocating more rewards to Landshares core business model of selling tokenized real easte.

This proposal is to remove 150 $LAND tokens from the current LAND/BNB liquidity pool rewards and allocate then to the LSRWA/USDT pool to boost incentive for the LSRWA token, futher boosting the Landshare ecosystem.

This will give a total of 200 $LAND tokens to the pool which is only 10% of the total current daily rewards. Considering tokenized real estare is our goal this is a very modest amount to allocate in the big scheme of things. This amount will give a very attractive APR at least intially to investors without futher increasing our token distribution.
