[Add to Marketing Fund] Moving 25 000 LAND to the Marketing Fund

We're looking to move the 25 000 LAND from the treasury to the marketing fund so the we can subsequently use it for the type of marketing that the community has been advocating for.

This vote is simply to move the funds to the marketing fund.

A subsequent vote will follow with a breakdown of how we wish to allocate these funds towards marketing initiatives aimed at boosting the visibility of LAND and capitalize on the current bull run.

These funds are not to be used by the team unilaterally. They are simply to be moved to the marketing fund so that they are available for use when we have an actionable plan. From there, a subsequent vote will be laid out explaining exactly how the community wishes the 25 000 LAND be used.
