[Add to Marketing Fund] Allocate 12,000 LAND to the Shilling Army initiative

As you're aware, we've dedicated the past month to the diligent creation of a global community initiative called Shill Army.

This initiative aims to enhance the visibility of Landshare, generate a plethora of user-created content, and boost our social metrics, all contributing to the overall ecosystem.

Shill Army will be organized into sprints and seasons, ensuring competitiveness and providing everyone with an opportunity to showcase their capabilities. Entry will be facilitated through a brief Google Form, and comprehensive program details will be unveiled shortly.

As a community-driven program, we are requesting an allocation of 12k LAND tokens from the DAO Treasury, earmarked for rewarding Shill Army participants. This proposal will transfer 10,374 tokens to the marketing fund in addition to unlocking the 1,626 LAND currently in the fund for a total program allocation of 12,000 LAND. This proposal is expected to fund the initiative for roughly 6 months. In addition to DAO funds, Stablecoins will be allocated to the total program reward pool.
