Extending the Voting Period for Proposals

I believe that the current 5-day voting period is too short for new proposals to be voted on, as not everyone is keeping up on a daily with new developments within the community. This is apparent from the many complaints seen throughout the telegram chat etc.

I propose increasing the voting timeframe from 5 days to 14 days to give extra time for more investors to cast their vote, without having the vote last forever. I think that 14 days is a reasonable amount of time. I would also like to see proposals be pinned in the telegram group as they are added on the DAO (if it can be automated).
