[Custom Proposal] Creating a LSRWA-USDT pool with incentives

We are all waiting to take profits from Land token to buy the LSRWA, but I believe that one of the biggest issues with the platform right now is the lack of pressure to buy LSRWA.

We need more properties but the ones we have now are not being bought... So the pace for the development and growth of the ecosystem is very slow right now.

I thought of a way of making it more attractive right now to buy and hold LSRWA. I suggest creating a liquidity pool (LP) with LSRWA-USDT.

And since the LSRWA should be relatively stable in value, I think this pair would have some benefits:

• It would provide good liquidity for easy exchange of LSRWA
• It should be very stable, making it an attractive place to store savings.
• Also, being so stable, the LP could be V3 with narrow gamma for more liquidity.
• For making it more attractive as an investment, staking in the LP could allow some incentives...

Examples of incentives

Please these are only examples and I don't know all the details of the legality and so on. So the core team should have the leading voice to make them a reality if they are feasible.

• For example, the LP could be incentivized with LAND rewards like the staking or the LAND/BNB LP. They are loved by the community.
• Since the pair is so stable, it may be possible to leverage the savings in the LP, allowing users to use 30-60% of their savings as a credit line.

Those are only 2 examples of the incentives that the LSRWA pool could have. I bet that the community would think of more.

Finally I would like you to vote about the creation of the LSRWA-USDT pool. The incentives I mentioned are only examples and I think they will be vote separately if this propose is passed ad the LP is created for LSRWA.
