What is a Referral System?
"A referral system is a method where existing customers, Influencers, Websites or everyone else can recommend a product or service to others, often receiving incentives or rewards for successful referrals. Why should we implement a Referral System?
As we strive to enhance user engagement and expand our user base, it's essential to leverage the power of referrals, because this is one of the best Marketing Tools that exist. One other Positive is, that you only pay for the Marketing when the user did the Action - in this case, he buys the $LSRWA-Token.
How exactly could that work?
Im thinking about a PPL (Pay Per Lead) Programme, where the refferer is reffering a new user to buy $LSRWA-Tokens. The referrer would then be rewarded after the reffered person held the $LSRWA Token some time (1-6 Months perhaps). This additional Time is neccessary to frontrun abuse of the System. We could also give the referred Person a little benefit (discount, NFT, whatever) for his 1st Purchase, after he held some time, to make the System even more attractive.
How to finance?
This could be financed by a part of the normally burned Land Tokens (of every buy) for example. Instead of burning the full 10% of $LAND of a Buy, we could just burn 7,5% and the remaining 2,5% goes to the refferer as a reward.
Another possibility would be a fixed Amount of LAND or USDC for every successful referral ($1, $1,5, ...) per Lead.
The rewards could also come from the Marketing Wallet, other income Sources or something else.
The Opportunity:
Growth: new referred Users are buying LSRWA Tokens, which leads to the growth oft he Landshare Project, to the Expansion of Properties, a bigger Community, more Burned land and a higher $LAND Price in the end.
Increased Engagement: By incentivizing referrals, we can encourage our existing users, Influencers, Websites or any other Person to actively Promote Landshare (while earning Money). This leads to a bigger Community, more Visibility and increased engagement as a Result.

Proposal Details:
Incentive Structure: I propose offering incentives to the refferer or both the referrer and the referee. For example, the referrer could earn LAND or USDC for every successful referral, while the referee could also receive an additional welcome bonus or discount on their first transaction for Example. (after the helding Time)
Tracking Mechanism: Implement a robust tracking mechanism to accurately attribute referrals to individual users. This could be achieved through unique referral links or codes assigned to each user, ensuring fair distribution of rewards. That could be developed inhouse or we could use existing providers (retailAds, Webgains, Adcell, - there are many).
Promotional Materials: Provide users with easy-to-share promotional materials such as pre-written messages, graphics, and social media posts to facilitate the referral process. This will make it effortless for referrers to spread the word about Landshare.
Communication Strategy: Roll out a communication strategy to inform users about the referral program and its benefits. Utilize Twitter (X), Discord, Medium, in-app/Website notifications, and other social media channels to raise awareness and encourage participation.
Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of the referral program and gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement. Optimize the incentive structure and promotional efforts based on data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness.

By leveraging the networks of referrers Like Influencers, Users or Websites and incentivizing referrals, we can expand our reach and solidify Landshare's position as a leading platform for Investing in Properties. I really believe that implementing this referral program will drive significant benefits for the whole Communiy, the Project and also the LAND Token.
