Currently, the Landshare DAO’s marketing strategy is primarily focused on X (Twitter), which limits the project's exposure. To attract institutional and large-scale investors (like VCs), we need a more robust and traditional marketing campaign.
Objective: Submit a proposal to the existing DAO to fund and execute a high-profile marketing initiative that targets platforms where major investors and VCs actually look, such as The Wall Street Journal, CNBC Business, and other well-known financial media.
We will propose that the DAO creates a Marketing Expansion Fund (MEF) funded by USDC contributions from DAO members and the community.

DAO Submission: This plan will be formally submitted as a DAO proposal, ensuring the entire community can vote and participate.
High-Impact Media: Our focus will be on advertising and features in top-tier financial publications and channels that major investors trust—places like The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and other prestigious business media where VC firms and large-scale investors are more likely to pay attention.
Phase 1: Establishing Credibility
Secure feature articles and interviews in high-profile outlets like The Wall Street Journal and CNBC.
Arrange for the Landshare CEO to appear on TV segments discussing property tokenization and blockchain real estate.
Phase 2: Institutional Outreach
Partner with reputable financial influencers and analysts who have a strong following among institutional investors.
Target marketing efforts in business magazines and conferences that attract venture capitalists and institutional investors.
Voting via DAO: All decisions on how to allocate the MEF will be made through the existing DAO governance structure. Every USDC contributor will have voting power proportional to their contribution.
Locked $LAND Rewards: Contributors will receive $LAND tokens as a return, but these tokens will be locked for a 6–12 month period to prevent immediate market impact.
This proposal will be submitted to the DAO for approval, ensuring full community transparency. Once approved, we will initiate the media partnerships and start the high-impact campaigns targeting the platforms where top investors are active.
