How many LaoNFTs we should to pay each investment committee member for a term

Hi everyone

LaoDAO has to motivate all contributors so that more people are willing to contribute to DAO. Now LaoDAO plans to motivate members of the investment committee. As you know the term of office of the investment committee is 6 months. At the end of the term, DAO will pay laodaoNFTs as an incentive to the members of the investment committee. We are at an early stage, and you will decide how many laodaoNFTs we should to pay each investment committee member for a term(6 months).

Please note that we have reserved a total of 100 LaoDAO NFT for motivating future DAO contributors, and now we only mint 33%, but we can't ask others to work for free,a mechanism is needed, so please make your choice.
