This proposal introduces a new governance mechanism to address urgent and high-priority issues requiring immediate action. By implementing an “Emergency Proposal” type, the DAO can respond swiftly while maintaining transparency and member engagement.

Key Highlights of the Proposal:

Purpose: Enable rapid decision-making for critical matters such as security threats, operational risks, or regulatory compliance.

Approval Process:

Proposal Committee reviews and classifies the proposal within 24 hours.

Community discussion period of 48 hours.

A notice period of 72 hours before voting begins.

Voting lasts 72 hours, requiring a 33% quorum and a simple majority to pass.

Criteria for Emergency Proposals (Any one of the criteria is enough):

Severity of Impact: Addresses significant risks to security or stability.

Time-Sensitivity: Resolves issues with potential negative outcomes from delays.

Strategic Importance: Deals with governance, compliance, or infrastructure.

This proposal has two voting options;

1. Accept the proposal.
