[LIP #17] 2024-Q3-A03 Lattice Gateway Bounty Program

This proposal aims to introduce a Crypto Bounty Program for the Lattice Gateway ecosystem. The goal of this program is to incentivise community engagement, enhance the security of the platform, and promote the growth and adoption of Lattice Gateway. If accepted, this program will be implemented and proposals for these bounties will be considered after the DEX airdrop has been completed to maximise the benefits of the Lattice treasury.

The implementation of a crypto bounty program pursues several objectives:

• Enhance Platform Security: Encourage the community to identify and report security vulnerabilities.
• Promote Community Engagement: Increase participation and contributions from the community.
• Drive Adoption and Awareness: Incentivize activities that promote the Lattice Gateway and $LTX token.

There will be two different voting options:

1. Approve the implementation of the Crypto Bounty Program as outlined
2. Reject the proposal
