[LIP #7] Community rewards - Governance proposal rewards

An important part of the DAO are the proposals. Proposals are a powerful tool, the output of which paves the way for the DAO. Creating proposals is what makes voting possible in the first place. Since proposals are built on good, creative and innovative ideas, the community is an extremely important resource because of its individuality. A governance proposal reward is being proposed with this proposal to reward the community for their involvement and to provide an additional incentive to seek and propose improvements to the DAO.

It is suggested that rewards be distributed for supporting the DAO by creating Lattice governance proposals.

This proposal applies retroactively to January 1 2023. There will be two different voting options:

1. Accept this proposal
2. Reject this proposal

Key dependency This proposal requires the successful adoption of the upcoming proposal: Implementation of governance system body - Proposal Committee. The Proposal Committee is a key requirement for the necessary decentralization of the governance process and for the determination of the reward class for each governance proposal.
