The purpose of this proposal is to optimize the distribution of staking rewards from the Lattice Gateway DAO’s treasury, ensuring that $veLTX holders receive rewards in a sustainable and efficient way.

Current Issue Monthly rewards from staking are insufficient for meaningful distribution. Distributing small amounts monthly creates administrative challenges for the Lattice Gateway team.

Two different options are therefore proposed:

• Quarterly rewards distribution Rewards will be accumulated and distributed to $veLTX holders every quarter (once every three months). This ensures larger payouts and reduces the administrative burden of monthly distributions.

• Threshold-based distribution Rewards will only be distributed at the end of the month if the total rewards generated are at least one hundred and fifty thousand DAG tokens (150,000 $DAG) or if the token value surpasses five thousand US Dollar (5,000 $USD). If the rewards do not meet the threshold, distribution will be carried forward to the next month until the 150,000 $DAG or 5,000 $USD minimum is reached.

Both options aim to balance the sustainability of rewards distribution while ensuring meaningful returns for holders.
