Summary

This LTIP proposes electing three DAO members to the Layer2DAO Treasury Council for a 6 month term from July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. The election will use weighted voting based on xL2DAO balances.

The top three candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be appointed to the Treasury Council.

Elected Treasury Council members will each receive 1,500,000 L2DAO as compensation, vested until June 30, 2025.
