LTIP-9: Initiate Partnership with SolidLizard DEX

Summary

This LTIP proposes to add a SolidLizard Finance as an official partner and seed a POL on their protocol with 20 ETH and the respective L2DAO tokens in return for a 175k partner veNFT which represents about 1% of total emissions from SolidLizard. The DAO will also start with bribing the L2DAO/WETH pool with 400k L2DAO tokens per week.

Background

Solidly-style projects might be needed on Arbitrum to continue to attract long term TVL. Layer2DAO’s main goal is to increase the amount of exposure and adoption of the L2 ecosystem. This presents an opportunity to partner with a project that has already achieved a TVL of 65 million in two weeks’ time. With the recent challenge of Dictum on the chain, the core team is putting this proposal forward and wanting the community to review the project and vote on the partnership. Only xL2DAO tokens will be allowed to vote per LTIP-2.

We are timing this vote so we can execute the results prior to the start of the next SolidLizard epoch on Feb 23 (if the proposal passes).
